I need to stabilize my bedtime better so I'm not half dead halfway through the week.

Today for some reason I started reading my own journal backward, all the way back into 2005. Yeah, it's a very selective look at my life, and I don't remember being all that unhappy at the time, but jeez... my life certainly isn't perfect now, but by comparison I guess I'm much happier and less stressed now. Maybe I actually have been making progress on slowing down and taking it easier.

Of course, I have been feeling kinda burned out lately and tending to just sit and surf rather than doing anything, but I think a lot of that is down to just lack of sleep. Like I said, I need to get my bedtime under control.

Speaking of which...
