How does my garden grow?

A bit strangely, actually.

The mold killed my lupines last year after they flowered and went to seed. There was still life in one of the pots, but I thought it was a seedling. Then I decided it couldn't be a seedling because it was getting ready to flower, and lupines don't usually flower in their first year — so it had to be a survivor.

But I didn't have any lupines which were purple AND yellow!

And then there's this guy:

This one I know for sure is a seedling because I found it growing in another pot. Not only is it flowering in its first year, it only vaguely resembles the parent plants. The leaves differ significantly, and the stems are red. I'd love to know what this is a crossbreed with.
