Slowly and unsteadily I'm starting to catch up a bit.
Also trying to walk more. I got a pedometer recently, as you may have noticed. I'm not actually going out Walking with a capital W, I'm just doing the usual thing around the office, but I'm trying to boost my activity level a little, and the pedometer lets me measure that, and how much extra I get from taking the long way around and stuff. Today's count was 3092, boosted by a quick circumnavigation of the building around the outside, since it was a nice day.
